Responsibilities
- Allocate work across receiving, put-away, picking and dispatch teams.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, pending orders and daily productivity.
- Enforce safe material handling and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with transporters, sales teams and inventory control.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.
- Working knowledge of stock counts, FIFO and dispatch documentation.
- Comfort using spreadsheets or a warehouse management system.
- Ability to manage shift teams and resolve operational bottlenecks.
